Prepare a delectable platter of grilled chicken cube kebabs! The aromatic spice-mixed creamy marinade coating the chicken infuses a savory charred flavor while keeping the meat moist and tender.
This meaty snack can be prepared effortlessly. It follows a simple 5-step process. You start by rehydrating the chicken cubes, then prepare the marinade, marinate the chicken, and finally skewer & grill them.
You can also thread chopped bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, & cucumber along with the marinated chicken. Try the grilled chicken cube kebabs alongside fresh red onion salad tossed in lemon juice. Additionally, blend a spicy coriander chutney for a yummy dip/sauce!

Ingredients
60g | 2 packets of no rush raw chicken cubes
2-3 Tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander powder (optional)
A pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1½ Tbsp olive oil (divided)
1-2 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Directions
Begin by rehydrating the chicken cubes. After opening the packets, transfer the chicken cubes into a bowl, and pour enough water to soak the meat entirely. Keep aside for 20 minutes to rehydrate.
Meanwhile, prepare the marinade by mixing the yogurt with ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, lemon juice 2 tsp oil.
Drain the water and transfer the rehydrated chicken cubes into a dish—Pat dry with paper towels. Add the marinade mix and coat all the chicken cubes nicely with it. Cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge to marinate for 25-30 minutes.
Brush the grill grates with oil. Then, preheat the grill to medium-high.
Thread the marinated chicken cubes into the skewers. Add 2 tsp olive oil into the leftover marinade, combine well, and keep aside to use for basting.
Carefully place the skewered chicken cubes on the hot grill. Grill for 12-15 minutes until the meat is cooked and slightly charred. At every 3-4 minutes interval, flip them, and bast with the leftover marinade-oil mixture.
Finally, place the grilled chicken cube kebabs into a dish. Serve immediately!
Recipe Note
When using wooden skewers, always soak them in water for 30 mins before use. This saves them from burning and can be reused.
You may marinate the chicken cubes the day before and keep them in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
